Method
Boil the potatoes for 25 minutesDrain them and let it cool
Prepare the sauce that you will pour over the potatoes then braai them on charcoal
The sauce is made with chopped onion, pepper, crushed garlic cloves then drizzle enough olive oil, then season the spices and stir.

Drizzle in a bowl full with potatoes the braai and once are golden crispy again pour the sauce the braai potatoes will be delicious and tasty
Serve with any meat it can be a salad or a meal.
