The perfect recipe for the flavourful south Indian coconut and roasted chana/gram chutney. Very healthy and delicious.
It goes very well with idlis, dosas, uttapams and medu vadas.
Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and make a paste in the food processor add some salt to taste.

Add lemon juice and mix well.
- 3
For tempering
Heat oil in a tadka pan. - 4
Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,and dry red chillies.
- 5
When all spices splutter, add this tempering to the coconut chutney.
- 6
Serve with idlis, dosas, uttapam and medu vadas.

Enjoy endlessly
