Ingredients

45 minutes
10 servings
  • 10chicken breast thin fillets
  • 1sweet yellow bell pepper
  • 1carrot
  • 1onion
  • Some olive oil
  • Spices 1 tsp: salt, b.pepper, paprika, cumin, sumak
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with the spices for about 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Chop vegetables into thin slices

    Place a few of each veggie at the smaller tip of the chicken breast and roll and close with a toothpick

    Drizzle some olive oil over the chicken and roast covered with foil at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes

I got breast pains every time I tried. It was nothing serious, probably hormones issues, so be careful that by time your body might not accept it. Round two hcg diet started 28 feb 2016. Started hcg diet 25/11/14. Did post hcg recipes.
