Wash meat & put to boil-gas mark 6 (water should just about cover the meat)

Boil meats with salt & stock cubes until soft (20-30mins), starting with the toughest meat (do not let water dry up)

Add water to meat level & add remaining ingredients. Salt to taste. Allow to cook for 5 mins

can be served with steamed/boiled rice, yam, bread
