Masala papad
simple yet great starter.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients except papad.masala filling is ready.

Roast papad.i roast in microwave..or else on tawa just place on hot tawa on low flame and press it with the help of a cloth like we do for chapathi. cook both sides. let it cool it will be crisp qithin 2 to 3 mins

The other way i do is shape the papads in cone shape when it's still hot..hold a kitchen towel in your left hand and shape as soon as you take it out from the tava..
