300 grice
Red and green capsicums
Cooking oil
Salt
1small chicken
2 cupsbreadcrumbs
2 cupsflour
3eggs

Boil water for rice then add rice cooing oil and salt to hot water
2

Add hohos and leave to cooking and when ready set aside

Roll the chicken pieces in the flour then eggs then breadcrumbs as you heat up oil
4

Place chicken pieces in oil to fry until crispy then remove.

Serve while hot
