Ingredients

1 and half hour
For 4 / 5 servi
  1. 500 gr/ 12pcs Chicken Wings
  2. 2 pcsMedium Carrots
  3. 1 pcMedium Sweet Potato
  4. 50 gr/ 1 Small slice of pumpkin
  5. Juice from Half of lemon
  6. Zest of 1 lemon
  7. 1 tspmix Herbs / Oregano
  8. 1 tspCumin seed
  9. 1 tbspSweet Pepper Powder
  10. 1 tspCinnamon Powder
  11. 1 tspGinger Powder
  12. 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper (opt. If you want more spicy)
  13. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  14. 1 tbspSea Salt
  15. 2-3 tbspOlive Oil
  16. Chop parsley for garnish

Steps

1 and half hour
  1. 1

    Cut all vegetables until small pieces set asside

  2. 2

    Make sure clean the chicken wings usually still lot's of little feather.. set asside

  3. 3

    Combine together all the herb and spices in a bawl until look like some running paste

  4. 4

    Put all vegetables and the chicken wings in the pot and combine together with paste of herb n' spices, make sure all covering..

  5. 5

    Put in the fan oven 160°C pre heat for at least 1 hour with covering with foil.. Open the foil and put in again in the oven for half and hour, that will make crispy chicken skin and the vegetable..

  6. 6

    After vegetables and chicken wings cook put some chop parsley on top.. Bonapetit!!
