Mix all the ingredients together (flour,salt and parsley), the add water slowly by slowly to get a pouring mixture.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Then deep them to the paste that has been created

Let the potatoes soak for atleast 5 minutes.

Heat oil for cooking. then deep fry the precooked bahjia for atleast 6 minutes ineach side

When about crispy, remove from fire and serve while abit hot with ketchup
