Brown meat with onions and some salt and pepper (cayene optional)

Tear lettuce into bite size, mix in a large bowl with diced tomatoes and mayo.

Drain meat well and put back in pan, add beans with the juice and taco seasonings. Let simmer.

Smooth out your lettuce mix, may keep in bowl or put in baking dish. Then layer the meat mix on top.

Crush dorritos and add cheese to top of the dish. (or if wanted put under meat mix over lettuce) after cheese is on spread crushed dorritos on top.

Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, or what ever you like and enjoy. :)
