This beans was just crunchy all the way from the onions to the bell pepper and definitely the beans pops in your mouth; exactly what you get when you parboil beans with a pressure pot

Wash and parboil beans allow it cook till it's almost soft and water is almost dried up

In a pot add olive oil and stir in diced onions and the pepper

After 2mins add salt, knorr cube, and crayfish and stir allow it simmer for 3mins

Add the smoked fish and kpomo into the sauce and stir everything together; after 3 minutes add the bell peppers and stie

Finally stir in beans and mix everything together, taste to confirm that your seasoning is right, cover pot and allow it simmer for another 5mins before turning off the heat.

Serve and enjoy a great dinner with this healthy meal and remember not to go for second help
