In a bowl, mix atta, baking powder, salt, sugar, now break the cold ghee into small pieces and rub that in the atta. Make sure the ghee is very cold and is solidified.

Add the milk and mix well. Now keep this in the freezer for 10 mins.

Once the dough is cold, sprinkle some atta in a rolling board/working platform. Now make it smooth.

Roll it gently to about 2cms or as your preference. Traditional ones are very thin like 1 cm.Now cut the biscuits using a knife or use a biscuit maker to shape biscuits as I did.Grease a try with some ghee and place the cookies. Transfer the try in oven and bake the cookies at 180 C for 10 mins in a preheated oven.

Cool down the cookies by placing them on a wired tray or rack.After they cool down immediately store them in an air tight jar
