Waterleaf soup with ata rodo
Steps

Wash,cut and cook the meat with onion,salt and knorr seasoning.boil the meat till is tender.

Soak the waterleaves with salt and enough water for at least 10minutes.

Drain the water and cut neatly.fry the waterleaf in a hot palmoil for 6minutes.Pour in the meat.

Wash ata rodo and blend,boil till the water evaporates and scoope inside the the pot of the frying waterleaf.

Fry both for 4minutes,put salt,onion,locust beans.

After few mins is ready.
