Bengali famous five spices is a mix of mustard seeds, kalonji, cumin seeds, saunf and fenugreek seeds.

In a blender make a smooth paste of tomato, ginger and sugar.

In a microwave bowl add the tomato paste, mustard oil, turmeric powder, whole red chilli, salt, panch phoron and raisins mix well.

Microwave on high power for 10 minutes.

Cool and store refrigerated in an air - tight container. Used as required.
