  • 3/4cuppowder sugar..
  • Half cupcoarsely grinded almond & cashews..
  • 2 pinchsalt..
  • Half cupolive oil..
  • 2tbspliquid Glucose..
  • Half cupblack raisin....
  • milk..as required
  • Half tspbaking powder..

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida main salt and baking powder mix ke le.

  2. 2

    Olive oil,glucose and sugar ko beat ke le.

  3. 3

    Black raisin ko pcs main cut ke le.

  4. 4

    Maida main all ingredients and sugar batter add kar milk dal kar dough ready ke rest de.

  5. 5

    After rest flat ke cookies cut ke greased tray main cookies arrange ke pre heated oven main 160 degree par 12 minutes tak bake kar le.
