  • 1 cupAll purpose flour...
  • Half cuppowder sugar..
  • 1 cupButter..
  • Milk..as required
  • 1/4tspBaking powder..
  • 1/4tspbaking soda..
  • 1 cupCoarsely grinded almonds..

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida main baking powder and baking soda mix kar le.

  2. 2

    Butter ko melt ke sugar mix kar beat ke fluffy ke le.

  3. 3

    Maida main butter sugar batter and coarsely grinded almond mix kar milk se dough ready kar le half hour rest de.

  4. 4

    After half an hour dough ko punch kar flat kar le cookies cutter se cut kar le.

  5. 5

    Baking tray ko grease ke maida dust kar cookies rakh ke pre heated oven main 160 degree par 12 se 15 minutes tak bake kar le.
