Ingredients

4_5 servings
  • 1 pkt noodles
  • 1 pieceginger finely chopped
  • 1spring onion medium size
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1carrot
  • 1/2cabbage
  • 1capsicum
  • 5 _6 chopped green chilli
  • Peas, cauliflower
  • to tasteSalt acd
  • Coriander leaves as needed
  • 2big onion
  • 1/4 cupsoya sauce
  • Red chilli sauce
  • Green chilli sauce
  • Vinegar (mix all)
  • 2 tspajino motto

Steps

  1. 1

    Hot water le.add 1 tsp oil or bring it to one boil.add noodles cook for 2 min. turn off the gas.

  2. 2

    In a karahi heat oil and saute finely chopped ginger, green chilli.add 2 inch sliced onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot and peas mix well. Stir the mixture until they are less than half cooked.

  3. 3

    Add 2 tsp ajino motto and mix well.drain water from noodles and clean them with cold water.so that noodles does not stick to each other.

  4. 4

    Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and green chilli sauce.let the mixture simmer for 5 min.add the cooked noodles and mix them well.

  5. 5

    Garnishing with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves.Chowmin is ready to serve hot.

    It's yummy, delious and tasty to eat.
