Wash the lettuce and tomatoes thoroughly

Slice the tomatoes and lettuce separately then mix

Cut the gouda into cubes or grate and add to the tomatoes and lettuce

Mix all of them well then add the apple cider vinegar and mix again.

Serve Chilled or at room temperature, enjoy!
