In a large bowl, add in eggs,melted butter, cinamon powder,baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt

Mix up the ingredients then start to add flour. keep adding flour until dough is mixed until the dough forms and becomes soft.

After the dough is formed, cover and set a side for 15 minutes until soft.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll in on a flat surface so that it becomes not too thin and not too thick.

Cut into strips then into boxes. At this point your oil for frying should already become hot.

Fry the mandazi each side until golden brown or semi golden brown.

Serve for breakfast
