Ingredients

1 headbroccoli
1 lbasparagus
1 halfpint heavy cream
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1 cupshredded parmesan
1 cupshredded mozzarella
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400

Cut broccoli into florets and trim woody ends from asparagus. Place in 9x13 glass dish as picture

Pour heavy cream over broccoli and asparagus

Spread minced garlic over the top

Salt and pepper generously

Add parmesan

Add mozzarella

Cover with foil and bake about 25-30 minutes.

Uncover and continue to bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese starts to get brown spots.
