Then deep fry it an keep it aside

Then in a pan add oil, chopped garlic,green chillies,fry for sometime,

Then add capsicum, spring onions mix well,then add soya sauce,chilli sauce an mix well

Then add the deep fried panneer pieces,salt an pepper an toss it well

Garnish with chopped coriander

If you want more spicy add more of chilli sauce an green chillies chopped
