Jowar ChocoChip Cookies
Steps

Heat a wok and dry fry the jowar flour for a few minutes till the raw smell disappear.

Take a large vessel and add jowar flour, cornflour, all purpose flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder into it.

Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.

Take another vessel and add melted butter, sugar and the curd into it.

Mix the wet ingredients till the sugar melts.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry flour mix slowly and mix the whole with hands.

Make a hard dough. Make small balls from the dough.

Arrange them on the Idli platter by applying little butter to Idli moulds.

Do not press the balls too much, add the chocolate chips on each cookie.

Cook it for 25 to 30 minutes.

Once it is done take it aside and take into serving plate and enjoy these wonder-grain Jowar cookies.
