Paani Puri
This recipe is strictly for the Bombay paani puri lovers
Steps

Grind coriander leaves, chillies, pudina with little bit of water

Add pani puri masala, black salt, salt and lemon to this thin paste
- 3
Strain this mixture and add water to it as per your requirement
- 4
Check for salt and you spicy water is ready
- 5
For sweet chutney boil tamarind water with jaggery and add little bit of salt and chilli to it
- 6
You can serve it with puri, potato filling and soaked boondi
