2grated carrots
1onion
1crushed ginger stick
2 clovesgarlic
5 tbsoil
1 tspturmeric
1 sachetbenny spice
1 litrejug water

Fry onion until golden brown add garlic and ginger

Add turmeric spice then boiled water

Wash rice and add cook until it's half done then add grated carrots
4

When ready garnish with fresh parsley enjoy
