Season the chicken with black pepper, chilli and ginger. Allow it to absorb the flavours for about 10 minutes.

Pre heat your grill and grill the chicken for about 20 minutes on low heat. Once cooked set aside.

For the rice. Add 2 cup of water in a sufuria. Add a pinch of salt and some oil.

Once the water boils. Add rinsed rice let it simmer on reduced heat.

Serve with veges and garnish with peanut butter and tomato.
