  • 1 kggoat intestines
  • 1 tablespoonPeppersoup spices
  • Salt
  • Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoonOnion powder
  • leavesScent
  • Blended Dry pepper

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Wash the intestines and put in a pot

  2. 2

    Then add seasoning and salt and cook until almost tender

  3. 3

    Then add blended pepper, peppersoup spices, onion powder

  4. 4

    Allow to boil for 3 minutes then sprinkle in the sliced scent leaves

  5. 5

    Cover to cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat
