Steps

Peel and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces and put it in a pan pour enough water to submerge the pieces.

Remove from flame after the fruits are well cooked and mash well.

In a clean pan pour in the pulp and sugar, after a boil add citric acid

Remove from flame when sugar and pulp boils and blends well, add the colour and essence now.

Let it cool for sometime then transfer it to a glass container
