  • 55 gramsmature cheddar cheese
  • 55 gramsparmigiano reggiano cheese
  • 100 gramsbutter
  • 1 tspdried chives
  • 2 tbspcold water
  • 1 tbspdijon mustard
  • 200 gramsplain flour

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 190 gas mark 5

  2. 2

    grate cheeses, add butter, chives, mustard and water and mix well

  3. 3

    gradually add flour till a crumb like mixture

  4. 4

    press together ideally in a cookie press

  5. 5

    slice into 55 to 60 crisps bake for 12 - 15 mins until golden brown
