preheat oven to 200c split pastry in 2 and roll out to 30cm rounds and cut 12 disks from each round press into mini muffin pan and bake for 8 mins until pastry just cooked

meanwhile snip Bacon into 15mm pieces fry in sunflower oil till crisp and brown remove from pan and chop finely

combine Bacon, tomatoes, cheeses and mustard and mix well
- 4
put small amount in each pastry case and bake for a further 6 mins or till cheese has melted allow to cool before stuffing in your face
