Boil the cubed potato in salted water for 10 minutes.

Chop and fry the onions till soft and add the garlic, fry for another minute before adding the mushrooms and spinage. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Drain the potatoes. layer the the potatoes, mushrooms and cream in an oven proof dish, and bake for 20 minutes on 200'C.

Melt the cheese over the potatobake and serve.
