4 eacheggs...separated
16 ozmarscarpone cheese
3/4 cupsugar
1strong coffee..add sugar if desired
1kahula...added to coffee
1cocoa
2 packagesItalian cookies/ladyfingers

Steps

Beat egg whites into stiff peaks..set aside

Mix sugar and egg yolks well. Add marscapone and beat til smooth.

Slowly add cream mixture to egg whites til smooth.
4

Dip cookies into coffee/liquor.
5

Layer of cookies/cream mixture/sprinkle with cocoa
6

Make 2 layers.

Best when refrigerated overnight
