My mother in law is Mexican and know for her cooking by taste and smell. This salsa is spicy but can adjust by the amount of arbol chiles used. Enjoy!

Ingredients

4 cups

1large roma tomato
5garlic cloves
10small tomatillos
Approximately 30dried arbol chiles
1 tablespoonsalt
1 teaspoontomato bouillon with chicken
Save 3 cups of the water from the veggies

Steps

Boil tomato, tomatillos, and garlic until tomatillos change green tint

Slightly roast the arbol chiles until they become aromatic. (This will smoke out anyone sensitive to spice)

Combine veggies, salt, bouillon, water, and blend

Allow to chill and serve
