Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1 tsppaprika
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tsppepper
  6. 2 tbspolive oil
  7. 2 tbspbutter
  8. 2 tbspchopped chives
  9. 1 lbscallops

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    combine bread crumbs, flour, paprika, and salt and pepper in a zip lock bag

  2. 2

    thaw, wash and dry scallops

  3. 3

    drop scallops in zip lock ans shake to coat

  4. 4

    heat butter and oil in a 12 inch non stick fry pan at medium high

  5. 5

    cook scallops turning over once. add chives when scallops are turned

  6. 6

    scallops are done when opaque and slightly browned
