Preheat oven 425°F

Spread crab meat evenly across piecrust, and then repeat with cheese and onions.

Pour cream mixture over crab filling.

Place piecrust on a cookie sheet and place on a center rack in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°F continue to cook for 45 - 55 minutes, or until firm.
