  • 1 cuptightly packed chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)
  • 1-2green chilies chopped
  • 250 gramsbaby potatoes or regular potatoes - about 12 to 15
  • 1/2 spoonlemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds

    Rinse the baby potatoes very well in water scrub the mud particles if any while rinsing.

  2. 2

    Heat 1 to 1.5 tbsp oil add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

  3. 3

    Mix all the spices and potatoes.

  4. 4

    Add water and let it cook.
