Make a paste of semolina, salt and water. Leave it for 15 minutes

Add soda to the paste and mix well

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes

Put the batter in idli stand and keep it in microwave for 5 minutes

Cut all idlis into small pieces

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds

Add ginger garlic paste stir it then add chopped onions and tomatoes

Add idlis to the pan then add haldi powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala and salt

Garnish it with coriander leaves
