  1. 1

    Mix oil, water, salt, sazon, sofrito, corn,onion powder in a big pot.

  2. 2

    When water boils add rice and stir.

  3. 3

    When there is no longer any water in the pot stir and cover for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Open pot, stir and enjoy.
