Melt butter in a frying pan.Stir up flour and milkpowder with a spoon of water and add the mixture to the melted butter in the pan lowering the flame.

Chop onions and capsicum and salute them separately in a little bit of butter in another frying pan.

Now break the instant noodles into small pieces. Add the sauteed capsicum and onions into the first butter mixture with the broken noodles.

Stir the entire contents thoroughly and add a bit of water with salt and sugar.

Allow the noodles to boil and cooked.When the content thickens remove from the flame and top up with pepper powder and tomato sauce. Serve hot.
