Steps

Take paneer, and cut in to cubes, saute in very less oil until little brown.

Take a pan, add few drops of ghee/oil, add in cumin seeds,chopped onion,and then ginger garlic paste,saute until little brown.

Add in chopped tomatoes, put in salt and cover the pan, the tomatoes shall get tender and ready to mix. Add in turmeric, coriander, garam masala pwder.

After 5 minutes mix in the masala well, and pour in little milk and mix, add water accordingly for the consistency desired. Add in pepper.

Heat on simmer and let it cook. Add in the paneer cubes. Serve hot.
