2 tbspLight soy sauce
1 tbspHoney
1 cloveGarlic, minced
1 1/2 tspGinger root, grated
1 1/4 lbCod, cut into 4 fillets

combine all ingredients except cod in a large 1 gallon ziplock bag and mix well. add cod and seal bag. turn to coat thoroughly let marinatin refrigerator for 30 minutes

heat oven to 425°F, place cod fillets in a foil lined baking pan, and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or untill fish flakes easily with tines of a fork
