2yellow peppers (stripped)
2red peppers(stripped)
250 gbaby marrow
1onion(ringed)
2medium sized brenjals(diced)
1\2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoonbarbecue spice
2 teaspooncurry rajah mild and spicy
500 mlvegetable atchaar
1\2 cup chutney
1\2 cup sweet chilli sauce

Heat oil and fry all the vegetables adding spices just fry for for ten minutes then remove from stove

Drain oil and place them in a bowl and allow to cool then add vegetable atchaar then add chutney and sweet chilli sauce and leave for at least an hour before serving
