Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbutternut
  2. 3garlic cloves( grated
  3. 1medium grated onions
  4. 1 bunchcorriander
  5. 2medium-sized grated carrots
  6. 1medium-sized chopped green capsicum
  7. 1 tbspmixed spices
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 3 tbspliquid oil
  10. 2medium-sized tomatoes
  11. 1 tbsproyco
  12. 1/2 litrechicken broth water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take butternut wash and divide into small pieces. Then boil with a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Cut the vegetables.

  3. 3

    In a heated put cooking oil, add garlic and let it sautee for one minute. Add in onions and fry for one more minute.

  4. 4

    Add in grated carrot and cook for 3 minutes(2 minutes)

  5. 5

    Add in capsicum and cook for a minute.

  6. 6

    Add coriander cook for a minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook for two minutes.

  7. 7

    Add butternut and stir together with all the content in the pan for 2 minutes. Then add mixed spices together with royco and mix for a a few minutes.

  8. 8

    Add chicken broth mix then allow to boil for 5 minutes to enable the chicken broth to spread evenly.

  9. 9

    Transfer the mixture to the blender and blend until smooth

  10. 10

    Serve.
