Take pearl millet flour. Add all the ingredients not the water.

Mix it well. Now add water and knead the dough. It should be lil tight not like roti dough.

Dust the millet flour on rolling pan. Make round sogra. You can use rolling pin too.

Heat the tava. Cook it on both the sides nicely.

Apply ghee and serve hot.
