Whip butter abd sugar till light and fluffy

Sieve maida baking powder and salt

Add ajwain and maida in butter and combine it to a dough

Make a log and wrap it in a cling wrap and keep it in freeze for 1/2 an hour

Preheat the oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes

Take the dough out and cut in your desired shape and bake it on 180 degree for 10-12 minutes

Take it out and rest it for 5 minutes and then keep it on wire rack and let it cool down completely

Store it in airtight jar and serve it with tea or coffee
