Scotch eggs
I made this for my husband. He really enjoyed it.
Steps

Mix beef sausage, garlic,and salt.

Peel the boiled eggs and roll the hard boiled eggs in flour, then coat it with sausage patty around the egg.

Roll it in the beaten eggs and finally coat it in breadcrumbs to cover completely.

Do this for the remaining eggs.

Heat oil for deep frying until hot in medium heat.

Cook the scotched eggs for 5 minutes until crispy brown.
- 7
Then drain in a pepper towel. Then serve
