Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1whole chicken (cut in peices) or your choice pieces; cleaned well
  2. 1season with creole/lawry's seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic powder
  3. 1all purpose flour
  4. 1cooking oil

  1. 1

    heat oil in skillet on medium low heat (about a 3 for now)

  2. 2

    while oil is heating season chicken and let it sit for about 20-30 mins to let seasoning soak in

  3. 3

    turn heat up on oil to med to med-high

  4. 4

    when chicken is ready u will dredge in seasoned flour (add a little seasoning to flour)

  5. 5

    drop a little flour into oil to check if oil is hot enough, if it sizzles up quick its hot!

  6. 6

    add chicken to oil and begin frying, once browned flip on other side and brown

  7. 7

    once juice runs clear and chicken no longer has a sizzle chicken is done, take out pan and drain on paper towels

  8. 8

    once plated break out the hot sauce!!!
