Steps

Wash cleaned palak thoroughly in a large pot fill the water. Rinse a few times more.drain off the water completely.

Heat a pan with oil saute palak on a medium flame.switch off the flame the leaves wilt off.do not over cook,spinach takes only 2,3minutes to cook.

Cool it completely.add to a blender with green chillies.make a smooth paste.set aside.

Heat oil in a pan.add onion fry until golden.add tomatoes or tomato puree and salt.when the tomatoes turn fully mashy.add all spices mix well along with puree palak.

Saute untill the masala smells good for 2,3 minutes leave the sides of the pan.add half cup water and cook on a medium flame.

When the gravy thickness,low the flame completely.add the puree.mix it welk and cook untill it begins to bubbles just for 2minutes.

Add the paneer.mix well.switch off the flame.palak paneer is ready.

Serving palak paneer with rice,roti or parantha.
