Steps

In a baking dish just big enough for the bun to fit, combine mince pepper, salt and garlic powder

Cover base of dish with meat mix

Bake in oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes

Take the meat out and put on a wire rack with a tray under it. Place back in the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Clean the baking dish.

Cut the buns through the middle

Place the base of the buns in the baking dish dish add slab of meat

Add cheese, tomato ketchup, mustard and onion

Sliced pickles

Put the top of the bun on

Brush top with melted butter and bake till the top is brown

Cut and serve.
