Steps

Merinate the mushroom with curd and salt for 20-25 min. Pan me oil garam karein. And dry masale daal de. Heat till aroma comes.

Now add onions mix till golden brown.

Add ginger,garlic and mix it for 1-2 min.

Add tomato and cook till smooth.

Salt, turmeric,red chilli dale. Mix karein.

After 1-2 min.and add merinated mushroom and methi.mix it.

Add water mix it and cover for 4-5 min.till mushroom becomes soft.

Add chopped dhaniya.

Methi mushroom is Ready.
