Ingredients

  • 1/3 cuptahini
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbshoney
  • 11/2 cupsflour
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspinstant expresso coffee powder
  • 1/4 tspcinnomon
  • 1/2 cupextra Virginia olive oil
  • 150 gmchocolate chunks
  • 1/2 tspsea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix tahini,olive oil,sugars.beat well.add egg.beat till fluffy.add all dry ingredients.mix well.wrap in plastic sheet.refrigerate overnight.make small cookies.put chocolate chunks on top..bake at 180c for 11-12 mins.
