I made these Cookies as a trial basis both with and without eggs. It came out as yummy and crunchy. I made 14 Cookies without eggs and all finished within minutes by my family members. Try this once.

I made these Cookies as a trial basis both with and without eggs. It came out as yummy and crunchy. I made 14 Cookies without eggs and all finished within minutes by my family members. Try this once.
Steps

Take two bowls

Sieve all the dry ingredients EXCEPT SUGAR Powder, twice and keep in a bowl.

In another bowl mix sugar and butter and stirr to make fluffy.

Add all the liquid ingredients EXCEPT MILK and mix properly by stirring.

Now mix both the ingredients and make the Dough (like Roti). Use Milk if needed.

Grease a baking tray. Make small Cookies balls and press lightly crushed corn flex on the cookies. Place in the tray apart from each other.

Bake them in a pre-heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Yummy and delicious Cornflakes Cookies are ready to eat. Store in a air- tigh container.
